Try Scuba is your first, calm encounter with the sea – no rush, no pressure. It all begins with breathing: under the close watch of an instructor you gradually get used to how you breathe beneath the surface, and your body almost relaxes on its own.

It is completely normal to feel a little unease or fear of the unknown at first. But the moment you feel that breathing underwater works naturally and safely, the fear simply fades – leaving only calm, confidence and curiosity. No previous experience is needed.
